Welcome to Holy Cross Health HIV Self Testing Program!
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends that everyone between the ages of 13 and 64 get tested at least once for HIV. People who engage in behavioral and lifestyle choices that place themselves at greater risk should be tested more often. The HIV Self-test kit gives you control of knowing your HIV status.
You can receive a free Self-Testing HIV test from Holy Cross Health – Community Health & Well-Being Department or from a pick-up site in the community. HCH received federal funding through a grant from the CDC Foundation to support the creation and expansion of community-tailored HIV Self-Testing programs that help increase access to HIV Self-Testing in underserved communities and among those most vulnerable to HIV.
