Patient Safety and Quality Concerns
If you have a quality or patient safety concern:
• If you are hospitalized, please contact the the nurse manager or director of clinical services of the unit involved. They will work with you to resolve your concern.
• If you have concerns about Outpatient services, please ask for the manager or director of the department where your concern originated.
