About Your Stay
For your convenience, Holy Cross Hospital offers complimentary valet parking for patients and visitors. Simply pull up to our front doors and we will take care of parking your vehicle for you. For those who prefer to self park, ample parking is available adjacent to the Guerrieri Family Foundation Lobby.
Valet Hours
Main Entrance: Monday through Friday from 7am to 9pm; weekends 11am to 9pm
Outpatient Entrance: Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm
Cancer Center: Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm
NE 47th Street Entrance: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
4701 Building: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm
Patients are admitted to the hospital either through their physician or when presented to the Emergency Department. Should you feel you need to obtain care at Holy Cross Hospital, consult your physician. In the case of an emergency, our emergency department is open 24 hours a day seven days a week.
In most cases you will be admitted to Holy Cross through the Admitting Department located off the main entrance. You should, however, ask this question when scheduling your treatment. There are instances when a patient is transferred from another health care facility or is admitted through the Emergency Department.
All patients are required to bring a photo ID and personal insurance information.
We want you to be comfortable during your stay at Holy Cross Hospital. We suggest packing warm slippers, pajamas and robe, personal hygiene items and reading materials.
Valuables, jewelry and regular prescriptions should be left at home. It is not necessary to bring your regular prescriptions with you, but a written list of the medications you take would be helpful.
