Your First Week
Welcome to Holy Cross Health! We are glad you’re here!
All new team members attend virtual orientation, followed by additional on-site orientation for most positions. You will be emailed your customized orientation schedule. Along with orientation, you’ll need to complete a few important tasks during your first week. Use this page to guide you, and please don’t hesitate to reach out to your manager with any questions!

Important Tasks
Attend National New Colleague Orientation (Virtual)
- This step will be completed through Webex. The link to join the meeting will be included in your “Cleared to Start” email.
- This virtual orientation class is a required 2-hour orientation session titled the “Introduction to Trinity Health”. It is required for all new colleagues.
- It can be viewed on devices such as laptops, tablets, or smart phones, but is best viewed on device with a larger screen. Please log in to the session a few minutes early with your legal name.
- You will be provided with an overview of our heritage, Mission, Core Values and TogetherHealth strategy. Key topics include Safety, Integrity & Compliance, and Diversity & Inclusion.
- You will be paid for the full 2 hours.
Complete Your Online Learning Assignments
- LEARN is the online learning center for Trinity Health. Modules will be assigned to you as needed.
- Your work email, which is your log in for LEARN will be sent to you via email to you and your manager or education coordinator.
- Please refer to the clearance email from your onboarding coordinator on how to access the LEARN platform.
Attend Your Scheduled Orientation Each Day
- Your customized orientation schedule will be emailed to you. Please review it carefully and let us know if you have any questions.
- Once your orientation is complete, you are ready to work! You should have received instructions from your manager on where & when to report. If you did not, please reach out to your manager for assistance.
