According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Chronic Diseases account for seven out of ten deaths each year and are the leading causes of death and disability in the United States. Holy Cross Hospital remains committed to keeping South Florida healthy. We encourage members of our community to be active participants in their health by learning about their chronic conditions, how to make healthy lifestyle choices and reduce risk behaviors. Chronic diseases are among the most common, costly and preventable of all health issues.

Health Information on Your Patient Portal
Whether you were admitted to Holy Cross Hospital, had inpatient or outpatient tests performed at our hospital or visited a physician in the Holy Cross Medical Group, you can have access to your medical records, including test results on our secure patient portals. In addition, patient health education is available on both portals for conditions with which you were diagnosed. Once registered and logged in to your portal(s), patient education is available under "My Health Tools."
