Patient Navigator

One of the most exciting developments at the Dorothy Mangurian Comprehensive Women's Center is the addition of our Patient Navigator.

Our Patient Navigator serves as a liaison between patients, the Women’s Center and referring physicians while providing the necessary psycho-social support and education to patients who require additional breast studies.

Our navigator also works with your doctor to facilitate appointments for additional imaging or procedures. Patient Navigation is a growing area in healthcare and a priority initiative for Holy Cross Health. As much as we strive to improve the patient experience, navigating healthcare today can be complex and challenging. Our Patient Navigator is an experienced, highly skilled resource for education, support, outreach and assistance with care coordination who provides an extra level of service and compassionate care when patients need it most.
