- Behavioral Health - Change and Therapy | As a patient of our center, you have access to our Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who specializes in understanding your emotional health and well-being. By providing a confidential place for both you and the Social Worker, you will be able to collaborate on what is most important to you to ensure the best of your quality of life. In addition to our in-house social worker, we have partnered with Mindoula to provide virtual behavioral health sessions for our patients.

- Transportation | Holy Cross Health AgeWell Center has partnered with RideHealth to offer transportation for our patients to and from our facility, free of charge.
