Dr. Wu was recommended to me by Dr McRoberts just before he left on his sabbatical. Dr Wu was very informative and answered all my questions. This was the 6th RFA all the previous ones were performed by Dr McRoberts. This was the first time using that big machine. Dr wu was so kind to answer all questions about it.

I was concerned and had misunderstood the After Visit notes entered in My Chart. I had messaged Dr Wu and he respectfully responded and cleared up my confusion. I extremely appreciated his response.
I felt that Dr. Wu listened to my questions and answered in a way I could understand. He took the time to view some of my MRI's, X-rays so he could better understand my condition. I look forward to my next visit to see what his plan of action will be to fix my problem and eliminate my pain.

It is very scary to realize that when you鈥檙e in pain, you might have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get an appointment. We are lucky that some Dr put in a good word for us and we got to be seen earlier.

Dr Wu is an excellent doctor , but whoever schedules his appointments needs to give him more time and the patient not have to wait when they are in so much pain to start and in more pain after they have to sit on those hard chairs for so long. Be more considerate to PAIN MANAGEMENT which this is all about.
My appointment was at 10:00am, and I was seen exactly at 10:00am.
