I've been with Holy Cross for almost 20 years but the Gallagher practice. Being recommended to pain management is a big step for me. I hope to be taken seriously and to be treated with respect and compassion. I want to be helped in my quality of life because I myself as they are I'm very busy and expect to be respected as I respect my provider.

I do not believe Dr Wu cares about his patients. I had to get another MRI and he did not explain to me the reason. After the test at the ER he made no attempt to speak with me. It was like a non-person. I am still in major pain and I was not told what to do on Monday if the pais was not better. All of my doctors are Holy Cross doctors and I never been treated like this. I would like a phone call from the person reviewing this survey bc I am still in so much pain and discuss the visit.
He has been the best Doctor I have seen so far with my prolonged problem with my shoulder pain and to find out the problem through the M.R.I. and get to the root of the problem that hasn't be resolved.

Dr was clearly over scheduled on the day of my procedure and running very behind. Arrived at 3:00 for 3:15 appt, yet wasn’t taken into the procedure room until after 5:00pm.

I've had a positive experience with all the providers at Holy Cross/Trinity Health except for Dr. Wu. Being 52, I've encountered both excellent and not-so-great healthcare professionals. Unfortunately, in my opinion, Dr. Wu falls into the latter category and doesn't meet the standards of a good provider.
