Wait to see him was too long (45 minutes) but worth it!
The nurses and staff were very kind and warm and informative and patient. Dr Wu was also quick and efficient.
I'm very satisfied with Dr. Wu and the comprehensive treatment received and proposed future care plans. I can't put into words how well my office visit with him was other than extremely excellent.
I waited two see Dr Wu bc he was highly recommended but at the time he didn’t take my insurance. It was well worth the wait💕

Dr Wu is great! He tries different techniques to get rid of my pain. My neck feels so much better.
You may wait a little longer for Dr Wu to see you but the reason is that he listens to every patient carefully and takes the time to assess what treatment is needed and explain the treatment and options. He then asks if you have questions and will answer whatever questions you have.

Aside from a very long wait to see him, over an hour and a half, after arriving 30 minutes early for my appointment, it was an excellent visit and well worth the wait.
The assistants are very knowledgeable. Dr. Wu was excellent, and the entire procedure only took 15 minutes or so.

There is nothing I can find that is wrong with this specific doctor. The practice, the paperwork, and the staff all project a typical pain management clinic that thinks every person walking in is a junkie or seeking drugs. My first visit with the doctor was to feel him out. He was pleasant and helpful. I've had the procedure that is supposed to help. Hopefully it works. If not, and there is no other alternative to help, I'm finished.

Dr Wu and attending team consistently monitored my level of comfort and care.
Dr. Wu is very talented and dedicated. Someone needs to manage and train his team/support staff so the phones are covered during working hours, calls and messages are returned timely and there is a sense of urgency to address patient concerns and questions. This is especially true for someone who is a nurse.
I had to wait 1 hour to see Dr. Wu. Otherwise all was good.
They need to address the check-in/check-out procedures, and perhaps let the patients know when the doctor is running a little late!
I appreciate that Dr. Wu listened to my problem pains and came up with a plan to address and hopefully my pain.

Excellent healthcare
Once I was taken to exam room, spent a few minutes with his nurse and she left the room. I sat in the alone for almost 30 minutes before the doctor entered.

Given all of the history, documents and personal information I had assembled for my initial visit, I thought that the Telehealth conference would have gone more smoothly, and that the team would have gone over the options and explained why the final decision was the best one. I have confidence in Dr. Wu's skills. I think he is careful, thoughtful and conservative. We plan to go ahead with the MILD procedure, and I am waiting to hear about the schedule.

Dr. Wu was recommended to me by Dr McRoberts just before he left on his sabbatical. Dr Wu was very informative and answered all my questions. This was the 6th RFA all the previous ones were performed by Dr McRoberts. This was the first time using that big machine. Dr wu was so kind to answer all questions about it.
