Dr. Robinson and his staff were great. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel at ease about my leg issue. Very professional and caring team 's highly recommend.

One person in the office stood out as above and beyond professionalism, empathy, caring about me personally. Her name is Natalie, and I believe she is the office coordinator. What a truly and caring person she is. She was able to intervene for me in getting a test that I needed done before my appt. The hospital wanted to charge me $230 for it. Natalie told me that was wrong, and intervened herself with that office to get a greatly reduced rate and then informed me that the test would be free if I would just go to a building around the corner from the hospital. that was wonderful work and advice and I had the test for free and had a great appointment with Dr. Handel. Please see that she is commended in some way, she totally earned it!!! Everyone in that office was fantastic to me...it was memorable.
Still waited over an hour past my time
Dr Robinson spoke in a way I understood, explained treatment options, This was my first visit and I left feeling good about my experience.

I already wrote in my review how grateful I am to Dr. Robinson for his comprehensive consultation. He listened very carefully to my prepared questions and answered them all, giving recommendations and explaining the ultrasound results. He is a kind man, and I saw God in his eyes!

Only great things to say about Dr and his team鈥ut when you visit the office, the window to front desk was closed and when she did open it she didn鈥檛 acknowledge anyone and as I sat there I heard everyone鈥檚 complaining they weren鈥檛 being seen or acknowledged. If the front desk person is friendly and makes people feel they matter or are seen, it makes a world of difference.

Dr. Robinson was professional, knowledgeable and interested in my well being.
Dr Robinson had seen me in the hospital prior to my office visit. He clarified what he thought my diagnosis was and recommended I see a hematologist for further discussion of my "potential" condition.
I have total confidence in this doctor and very highly recommend.
Dr. Robinson is a wonderful doctor but our experience in the office yesterday was extremely unpleasant. Have never been treated that way in a physician's office and Natalie certainly does not represent any of the values we have appreciated in previous Holy Cross medical offices.
Dr. Robinson was proactive in getting me back to better health as well as preventing additional future problems.

Rolling eyes when I talked about medical things I don鈥檛 understand and speak with a high tone of voice at me when I was questioning. Said things like 鈥渕ove to New York's
The wait time makes me want to change doctors even though I do like Dr. Robinson. And it was uncomfortable in a crowded small waiting room.

I had to wait 1 hour in pt room for MD , but he explained he was called for surgery at Health Plex. I understand that situation and accept that fully, I simply would have liked a heads up about the wait.
The thing about Dr. Robinson is he鈥檚 a very humble man. You don鈥檛 see that much insurgence.
