Dr. Gozansky, even at his extended age, is a competent, communicative, and knowledgeable provider! What impresses me most is that he himself will call me, even on the weekend, to discuss labs and tests and suggest treatment. That quality is basically non-existent in today's society!

My husband and i have a great team. Don't change anything with the providers. Change how we make the appointments. Your phone people are not active listeners. I've worked in hospitals for 45 years. I have quality providers here at HC.
