When my provider suggested I call on Friday if I needed further treatment, I warned her about delayed responses to my calls, but she brushed off my concerns without any promises. When Friday can, exactly what I feared would happen occurred: 2 calls from me (to voicemail), no callback
My mom and I will miss her when she leaves the practice. Hope our next Dr. Is as good as her!

*Darla informed me of everything about the protocols, shots and timeframe to receive any shots if necessary.
Darla always remembers me, ask me how I have been doing, and if I have any new concerns. Even for a medication refill, she spends enough time discussing my health with me, I never dread going to the doctors office because darla is such a positive upbeat provider who cares.
Darla LISTENS. She makes eye contact and lets you know you are being heard. This is super important. I am so thankful for her and that she is always involved and caring. It makes a big difference. I drive about 30 minutes to come see her for this reason.
