The reason I did not give them a 10 is because I was frustrated with the time waiting. I had a 4 PM appointment and they called to ask me to come in at 2. I sat in the waiting room until 2:45 when I finally asked what was going on. I was brought in and talked to the nurse but it was almost 3:30 by the time the doctor came in. Being asked to come in and then made to wait was extremely frustrating such that it is doubtful I will ever agree to it again.

Dr. Fingado and Janice are always wonderful. I am a long, long time patient and have the highest regard for my physicans and their staff. I just wish Holy Cross was the way it use to be, it has changed drastically with little concern for their patients. It is only because of my wonderful doctors that I still go to Holy Cross. I rarely use any of their other facilities due to exorbitant cost, ie X-rays, Ulta sounds, etc.

Dr. Fingado takes time with his patients to discuss options, explain x-rays all while listening to the patient's concerns. He is aware that certain procedures may hurt a bit so he explains it and mitigates the possible pain as well as he can. He also showed concern for the cost of the Rx prescribed suggesting the best pharmacies to obtain it and providing a coupon. I was grateful for that as my insurance does not cover the RX prescribed.
