Have known Dr. Rodriguez for a long time. Always pleasant and professional but the "practice methods" have changed at Holy Cross. Too long of a wait in the room, not as much in-depth answers, perhaps because of time allotted.

Absolutely as disappointing an experience with this doctor as possible.
I was appreciative and surprised to get a Friday appointment when calling on Thursday.
The only issue I have with the office is when you need to speak to someone about an issue the wait time is usually longer than expected
Would recommend them to other family members and friends.

That day was crowded. Wait time was long.
Got an EKG in the office so results were not available immediately but I never received a follow up on the results of the EKG. I'm hoping and trusting the results were positive and nothing was wrong.
