MOST IMPORTANT HE WAS DETAILED AND WELCOMED MY HISTORY AND INPUT WHICH HAS BEEN DIFFICULT THE LAST 4-5 MONTHS. HE WAS ABLE TO UNDERSTAND FROM MY VIEWPOINT OF HOW TO HELP ME BEST AND I APPRECIATED THAT.

He was over an hour late. Not friendly at all or apologized for his lateness. The younger guy who came into room never acknowledged me. The younger African American girl with him was polite to me and said hello. I am a provider and would never treat, my patients in this manner.
I brought written medical reports from multiple specialists and he was too busy to review and discuss them. I was there for a consult and he wanted to just wanted to get through this

He didn't listen at all, and the notes in my file were mostly incorrect such as allergies, current medications, past surgeries and even bothering to ask much about my symptoms. I learned more from an acquaintance about the ECG results, who is a renowned cardiologist, and I very much doubt Dr Llanos bothered to look at! He was definitely in a rush thru my entire appt
He didn't listen to me. Gave an inaccurate diagnosis to the insurance company. He was very rushed even with a personal scribe taking notes for him.
