As a retired healthcare professional who had a private practice and self managed office, I would be very disappointed to have my office perceived in this way. The indifference ftom the front desk staff to the nurses to even the practitioner lacks compassion. The arrogance is prevalent even when couched in phrases such as "only a recommendation". The written reports in the patient portal does not reflect the actual visit -- the report was so inconsistent with the exam for example the practitioner NEVER physically touched my body but the report states examination that requires physical examination. Further my 2:45 pm appointment consisted of maybe 25 minutes yet I sat in an exam room for over 20 minutes waiting.

Found Dr Llanos to be all about him. Asked why I had to wait more than an hour to see him. He said he was busier and was called away for other procedures. He gave me a business card and said I should probably use one of the other doctors. So rude.
