Holy Cross Health has partnered with Exercise is Medicine® (EIM) to make physical activity assessment and promotion a standard in clinical care.

Holy Cross medical providers will refer patients for those at risk for chronic disease to evidence-based exercise programs and qualified exercise professionals.

We are committed to the belief that physical activity promotes optimal health and is integral in the prevention and treatment of many medical conditions.

Comprehensive Fitness Assessment
Unlimited Gym Access with Fitlinxx® Exercise Tracking
Unlimited Group Fitness Classes
Nutrition and Lifestyle Classes
Review of Program Outcomes
Personalized exercise prescription and wellness plan for the future

$99 per month. Maximum program duration 2 months
