Our Concierge Access Team is committed to improving access to the care your employees need. Whether it be a same day appointment with one of our PCPs to address an acute care episode or an immediate appointment with a specialist to follow-up on a chronic condition, our Concierge Navigators work with our medical group practices to ensure your employee’s medical needs are met within a timely manner. This service comes at no additional cost to your organization.
Population health management services are available to employees selecting a primary care physician within our network. We also offer employers access to our network’s specialists and all affiliated diagnostic and testing facilities.
