I think she is completely thorough. A great listener doesn’t rush you through your appointment. The only area that I feel needs improvement as I find the medical assistant difficult to understand and connect with.. however I look past this because Dr Smith is so great

Dr. Smith went out of her way to look into getting me transportation for my appointment for my ultrasound. I no longer drive and need to pay for transportation so she told me that I could ask for a lift ride when I made my appointment for my ultrasound. That helps me out tremendously. She went the extra mile.
