The cancer center staff is courteous and very professional
I just have to say thank you!!! He was a doctor who was a friend, because I believe that undergoing cancer treatment isn't easy, and he completed my treatment and managed to eliminate my cancer!!! I believe that for him, being able to give more opportunities for life to a human being must be like winning a prize!!!! I am very grateful to him.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Blanc, and I was very pleased with the level of care I received. Dr. Blanc took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions thoroughly, and provided a clear treatment plan. The experience was professional and reassuring, which is exactly what I needed.Concerns About Continuity of Care As I recently transitioned from Dr. Velez, who was my previous doctor, I do have some concerns about whether the hospital can consistently provide the same quality of care. as It’s my fourth change in doctors, and I’m hopeful that Dr. Arnout can maintain that standard. To ensure continuity in my care, I’d appreciate knowing how the hospital supports its doctors in delivering consistent, high-quality patient care. This might include:- Patient Management Systems: Does the hospital use electronic health records that allow doctors to access my medical history easily?- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: How do doctors collaborate with one another to ensure that all aspects of my health are considered?- Follow-Up Care: What measures are in place for follow-ups and ongoing treatment plans?

The entire visit was two minutes. I suppose he got the job done, but I felt like he had one foot out the door as soon as he came in. Stood with his arms across his chest and hardly looked at me - he was focused on looking at the computer and my chart.

Dr Blanc was unprofessional and uncaring. After being under the care of Dr Velez for several years, I was looking forward to getting a fresh prospective on quality of life after 13 surgeries, chemo and radiation. From the moment Dr Blanc entered the room, he was arrogant and had no concern for how I was doing. He did not perform any exam, did not review my labs taken that day that came back abnormal, and said his feelings wouldn’t be hurt if I did not schedule my next appointment with him. He further states that Holy Cross “burns out” all their doctors so I should expect continued turnover with doctors on staff for my future appointments.

I was especially grateful that Dr. Blanc came up with a plan to manage my chronic anemia that promises to reduce the window between when I become anemic and when I get relief from IV iron infusions. He also prescribed vitamin B12, which so far appears to further reduce other troublesome symptoms and improve my quality of life, and he continues to investigate possible causes of my chronic anemia.
I trust Dr. Blanc to treat my condition and feel I am getting the best care possible.
Both doctor Somon Blanc and Raszana came by to check on me numerous times. I had an allergic reaction to my chemotherapy treatment and they wanted check on ,me to see if I was ok.

I got there at 12 for my 12:15 appointment. They took me within 2 minutes and did the workup immediately. When the nurse was done the doctor came in and we talked for at least 10 minutes. He was knowledgeable and honest. He had also done his homework, he knew my case intimately.

Dr. Simon is very thorough and kind. My only issue was the wait time for my blood work results from the lab. I should not be just sitting for over 2 hours waiting for blood work , before I have to sit for another hour to wait for my medication and infusions. This visit was very disappointing
