Long wait times to be seen by Dr. appt time good but back up crew took vitals etc.
Dr Anand is a great AFib doctor but does not have much personality. Nurse checks him in on computer and stands there on another computer ( no introduction ) very weak handshake . Sits on the computer with his back to patient. I tried to explain a symptom, he ignores and finished the visit. I’ve never written a bad review but this was like a waste of my time . Sorry
Arrived early for 930 am appointment. ECG and vitals checked by 09:32. Didn’t see doctor til shortly after 11. What is the point t of having an appointment if it cannot be kept timely. In a previous visit I was 10 minutes late myself and was told to go away and make another appointment. I won’t be waiting again.
We arrived early and had to wait 2 hours t0 see the dr, your schedule is way off. no one shold have to wait that long for a "you look well" .
I am frustrated that we have not solved my problem
