I was placed in the hallway attached to BP machine for at least 29 minutes with other patients passing by me and gawking at me. Finally taken to room but only told to leave my belongings there and go back out to hallway. Nurse and doctor argued about where to out me. When allowed back into room nurse complained to me about her job for at least 10 minutes. When doctor came in she was very distracted. and complained about her working conditions. She ordered incorrect prescription for me and did not order one i requested I had to contact pharmacy on my own and cancel orescription. Will have to contact office to get correct prescription. Very poor patient care. I had issues I needed to discuss but doctor and nurse wanted to discuss their issues. I am presently deciding whether to get a new doctor. Very poor patient care. I feel u have to try to figure my prescriptions on my own. o
It was a great experience and I look forward to Dr.Lorimaire to handling my health care.

I like the doctor. She is very friendly. I feel she needs to read information and notes sent to prepare better for the patient visit. Not doing so makes the visit feel rushed and not as efficiant as it could be. She does refer you to specialists which is better than waitiing, especially for older patients.

I moved from Houston, TX and spent many hours in the Texas Medical Center. Holy Cross seems to offer the same care and courtesy I received from MHMC. I was hesitant to switch doctors to FL and have been traveling back and forth. My worries are completely gone. From the ultrasound and care received at the Urgent Care to the concierge service received from Holy Cross in finding this wonderful practice I could not be more pleased.
