Dr. Thompson is fantastic. She is not the problem problem is that the office Over book and they’re taking an appointment appointments for February 2027 and your front end people are lousy. You need to do a better job in choosing people that are more customer centric because at the end of the day I’m a customer but I love Dr. Thompson that’s why I put up with a lot of foolishness from her staff

I was heard when speaking about my situation and my past medical history. That was the most important to me. I wasn't given the "run around" about how we are going to do this or that. It was very straightforward. I got an actual full examination, not just the standard vitals check like my previous endocrinologist, and she cared about and emphasized the importance of my treatment post-cancer. I appreciate this, as I never received my post-op cancer care previously from my last provider. Thank you!

Just a WOW...I was referred to this group by a friend and told I should see Dr. Perez, I called late June and the first avail appointment was September 17. The office requested that I call daily to see if there were cancelations. When I call on Monday, there was a cancel for the 5th but with Dr Thompson. Perfect! Dr. Thompson and her assistant, Linda take good care of me and I have great respect for both. The ladies at the front desk are all top notch, courteous, considerate, and are always willing to help in any way they can. I'd bring them donuts or other goodies but Dr. Thompson would eventually scold me for bringing them refined carbohydrates.

My wife started seeing Dr. Thompson a number of years ago. After telling me how good she was as a doctor and a person, I decided to start going for. I see her for both my thyroid and diabetes. This lady is rock solid. Treats you like a human being, and will answer any questions you have for her. I highly recommend her to anybody needing an endocrinologist.
