Dr. Nicome listened, which was the most important part of my appointment with her. I have not felt heard by previous providers and she took my concerns serious. She did not brush me off. She was very patient and kind. Her team was also very helpful and kind, not rude like other offices & staff. I am glad that I was recommended to this office.

Horrible horrible service. I was contacted by several people to reschedule my appointment and it still wasn鈥檛 scheduled. After many attempts to reach the doctor it took a week to get ahold of her. Her patients health isn鈥檛 priority and it shows
I felt that not enough attention was paid to the result of a recent fall's a severely painful, bruised and swollen leg.
Provider seems limited because of procedures that do not meet the patients needs due to Trinity Health taking over.

On this visit Dr. Nicome spent plenty of time with my health concerns, at that she has my best interest at heart.
Feel that the Doctor is overbooked and rushed to make sure all prescriptions are filled. Dr. Needs to cut back on number of patients per day so she can give quality time to each patient. Too many patients means LONG wait times in the rooms.

I was not satisfied with 45+ minute wait for MD to connect on to Evisit. I was ready 15 minutes prior to my scheduled visit
Dr. Nicome is very thorough and explains things well.
I had a telehealth appointment. They made me wait for over an hour without checking back or apologizing. I'm not sure if she's overbooked but this happens all the time. The woman who called to pre screen me was rude and short - interrupting and I had trouble understanding her because she spoke so fast. When I asked her to slow down, she just repeated herself the same way - 4 times. She also had an attitude. Not welcoming at all. And I'm not old - I'm 49. My doctor never explained why she was late or showed empathy. She also tried to take me off my cholesterol medicine even after explaining to her that they are clearly working. My levels went down significantly. They're doing what they're supposed to do. Why would I stop taking them? My liver is fine. It's my heart that concerns me. She's not a cardiologist though, I understand. Maybe she wants to be. I don't know. She was a bit argumentative though. Just an overall bad experience.
