The check-in staff were average, but I give this visit a 10/10 because of Dr. Manganelli and the technician, Cindy. Their care and professionalism truly made the experience exceptional. Dr. Manganelli was thorough, detailed, and made me feel completely comfortable discussing my medical condition.

Getting the appointment time I would want isn't a yes or no answer. Availability is limited so whatever is available I accept and will move my schedule to accommodate the appointment. I see her yearly. If I needed to see her in-between, it wouldn't be available.
Dr Manganelli is always very kind, an excellent doctor who listens, answers concerns, and helps in best ways possible as needed. She does have a very busy schedule and is hard to get in to without a lot of advance notice but worth the wait.

Dr. Manganelli-Orr is a great doctor but the wait times in the past have been in excess of 60-75 minutes. I am so happy that I was seen so quickly this time. Not only was I called back by the nurse at exactly my appointment time, I was seen by the doctor no more than 2 minutes later. I've been a patient for a long time but this was the best experience I've had.
