My first time in this office and it was an overall pleasant experience. Every member of the staff, nurses and doctor were efficient and accommodating. Scheduling seems to be a difficult task. I have waited since last July 2023 on this appointment. I'm assuming I can obtain the follow-up appointment via phone, Zoom or Telemed since the appointment book has zero openings. Any challenges I experience, I will stop by the office. Thank you Dr. Manganelli and support staff for your care.

Dr. Manganelli is the best endocrinologist I’ve seen. I’ve been struggling with Hashimoto’s for years and finally feel like I’m in good hands. She checked all my thyroid levels, not just TSH as all the other endocrinologists I’ve seen in years.

Not as expected. Ratings and reviews for this provider are available everywhere online. I couldn't find a bad review anywhere. Provider reviews all said that a lot of time was spent with patients. this did not happen. the provider rushed. She didn't give me a chance to speak much at all. I had a prepared list of questions that I never got to because she walked out whenever she was finished doing what she wanted.

Love her nurse too. She is personable and also remembers me personally and asks questions that reflect that. It’s such an enjoyable experience even when the news shared isnt great. I had a terrible endocrinologist for over 20 years. The best thing that ever happened to me is that he retired and I found Dr. Mamganelli.
