My experience with Dr Dolchin and staff is very good. However, My experience with using the MyChart Trinity Health app has not been good. Many times it doesn’t work at all, or when I have tried to contact a doctor or surgeon through it in the past I haven’t been able to get a response. And, I don’t believe that is on the doctor or surgeon because all other interactions with my doctors/surgeons are met with timely responses and concern.
