He has always addressed my health concerns thoroughly, and patiently, knowing I like explanations of what can be expected on each condition, and how certain medications work to manage health issues, never making me feel rushed. He makes me feel Im taking part in treatment decisions. I'm also grateful that this practice has on-site phlebotomists - most painless and efficient I've ever seen anywhere (others all seem to need several pricks of my "small veins"). Often Dr. Dolchin himself calls me with the results, discussing anything out of the ordinary. His assistant Tracy gets all needed preparations and post-visit requirements handled expertly, and personably.
