Dr. Moretti has been my primary care doctor for about 8 years; from the time he became a medical provider at Rio Vista facility. His personal care and concern for me as a patient has been outstanding. He listens very intently and has been consistently great at his medical diagnosis skills. Most of the time he can diagnose before the results from lab work confirms. I consider myself very fortunate to have become established with him as my primary physician.

Every visit -- i.e. each 90 days -- is as good or better that the prior visit. I've been under Dr Moretti's care for several years. He is such an extraordinary doctor that I drive from Miami Beach to Fort Lauderdale just to see him.
The doctor is very frank and clear about addressing my medical needs and direction I should be going in to get healthy.

I was frustrated that I could not get any advice or help such as an earlier appointment. Perhaps if I had been able to then I could have avoided the ER and being hospitalized. My situation was worsening and I still had to wait 4 days to get help.

It was only one of the receptionists who was rude to both of us. The others were very nice (and I think one of them apologized to us after the rude one did what she did). So my low ratings include her in that. I would have given the reception higher marks if I could separate out that problem woman. Dr Moretti was ok but he didn't seem too interested in asking very many questions. I felt he had a nice manner but I felt he could have followed up more on my concerns.
