Had original appt. Fri 20. After multiple reminders got one 2 days prior reminding me of my"video" appt on fri. Got that straightened out.. got a call fri a.m. of cancelation. Re sch to thurs 20th 11a.m. got multiple reminders of appt.2 days prior ger a text reminding me of my appt on wed 19thBoth times I had to take the time to call. On hold . To verify when my appt was. Can't trinity, get their act together?

Front desk staff are great, as are the appointment setters and the ladies in the lab where they draw blood for testing.
