It has been very positive since about 2 years ago when I became a patient. Dr. Morales takes her time, does the research, consults behind the scenes, and explains the alternative approaches to care, and asks which approach is the patient best suited for the care, before proceeding. Dr. Morales has gained my trust and my treatment has improved my well being and our mutual results expectations.

As I stated previously, Dr. Hernandez is one of the few medical professionals that I’ve seen recently who actually spends time to listen to the patient is empathetic enough time to explain the reason behind her findings and answer any questions. I liked Dr. Morales but this was my first visit to an endocrinologist in a long time. I left feeling a bit more concerned than when I came in about my potential health issues.
40 minutes went fast and will be reviewing that probably for another 40 minute appointment and it was me asking most of the questions and that’s exactly what I’m paying for.. Maria and Dr Loza who I’ve been with for a substantial number of years knows all about me and knows I will take certain steps and to get my questions answered so I can take the correct steps

The only complaint i have is the wait time for an appointment. It took me 8 mos. To get in to see the Dr. Ive been suffering with this disease for a yr. W/o treatment. I love the staff and Dr. Hernandez. We're moving in August or September to Ocala Florida, but i will make the drive down here to see Dr. Hernandez. Thats how much i like her and her staff.
I would also like to commend the laboratory at Holy Cross. They were extremely efficient and good at what they did and they also explained some things to me which were helpful. And yet they never stopped moving. They seemed to service us an awful lot of people awfully quickly, but they did it well.
Dr. Morales has been my favorite Endo since I've started seeing one.
Most informative and caring specialist I have had in a long time. Definitely glad that she is my endocrinologist
