She was berating me for scheduling a sick appointment after I contacted the office through my chart that my son was sick and I need Tamiflu as preventative and trying to schedule a telehealth but none was available. She mentioned that I should go to urgent care or Publix to get tested 3x so I won’t infect anyone. I told her that I wore a KN95 mask from the moment I entered the building and social distance from everyone. She replied by saying it could still spread. She condescending in the way she spoke to me the whole time. It begs the question why have a doctor’s office if you can’t schedule sick appointments? In my past experience with other office, I had never been spoken to that way for being sick. By far the worse visit I had ever had. Won’t be seeing her again.
She is so patient and understanding. She explained everything so well.
I had such a positive experience with Lucy, the Nurse Practitioner, and her assistant, Carol that I have to write this review. I had a dreadful chest cold for the past 2 1/2 weeks and felt awful entering her office. By the time I was feeling much better. Lucy’s patience and calm professional personality put me at ease. It was a pleasure meeting her. I send a big thank you. Have a wonderful Christmas and 2026
Very through..helpful..explains well
Very kind person and helpful.
She seemed nice. But I have never seen her before. I do not know her and it’s difficult to trust somebody that you have never seen before and do not know.
She is excellent, very professional, takes her time with you and is a nice, kind person.
Lyudmyla went over and beyond by continuing to review my labs after I left the office and calling me the next day with an update and referral recommendation
Excellent practitioner!
her bedsmide manner was rude ,cold , unprofessional. she was lazy unkind and refusing to find out further what meds i was on from urgent care... I brought her a list from the urgent care... WITH X RAY REPORTS ETC...she told me she didn't have time to when i brought her paperwork from my urgent CARE drs office with the number to have a staff number call the center SO she couldnt understand the drs paperwork from urgent care and prescriptions etc . I had also called in the a few days priors and told the assistant to dr dzung what meds i was prescribed. .why was it not all documented on the phone when i listed every drug at the time... I have phenomena on left side on my lung , bronchitis and sinus infection.... She told me take vitimans probotic... having lost 14 pounds in a few months being very sick and having chronic dirreaha- not a professional nurse .. I needed to see a Dr.... I have been so patient and followed dr dzung from her other office and been extremely patient and loyal for two yrs during while dr dzung has been on her medical leaves.... I understand the medical business the stress and life a busy drs office..... I shouldn't been squeezed in and been seen by a real professional dr... I was wanting to see a dr ..... I understand what its like to run a business and be busy..... I can go on - waste of money still sick and coughing and left in pain and having been having chronic dirrEAHA.
Considering she is not Jacie's regular Dr and there was no connection made during the visit, it did go ok and everything we needed was taken care of.
I heard from the front desk that they refer to this young lady as Ludy. I have a Ludy in my life who takes care of my nails. I am happy to have this Ludy to help me with my health matters
Very attentive and no rush during the visit
Very informative and helpful

she was awesome
I look forward to follow up visit with provider and continuing with care future health matters.
Excellent PA - explains clearly everything to do w/health care of my health - takes the time to ensure I understand next steps
Difficult communication-language.
Most important to me is that I don’t have to wait and superior friendly service
Received excellent care - thank you
The only way I was able to get in to see ANYBODY was driving over to the Gallagher offices and walking in to the office in person-which is ridiculous. Nobody answers phone and never appts available when needed. Then my visit with this NP was less than satisfactory. When I asked if the doctor should at least look at this giant spider bite on my leg, she replied "only if you don't trust me" which is not something you say to a patient without putting them in an awkward situation. Later on I had to literally battle the rude nurses who called me, to get an appointment with my own Doctor who only ever called me on a phonecall at 7p at night and I had to send in photos of my leg.
Lidi is thorough, listens intensely, is respectful and professional.
Excellent information and kindness
She was concerned and helpful. I did have a little difficulty understanding her.
This is a great location with amazing staff,,,,,, all should be commended.
I had a very disappointing experience with Nurse Practitioner Lyudmyla Tymtsyas. From the moment she entered the room, she seemed frantic and was rambling about something I couldn’t understand. When I explained my symptoms and what I had been taking, I felt like she wasn’t really listening or understanding me. This became even more apparent when she sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, causing a delay in starting my medication—something that was urgent. I left the appointment feeling confused and unsure of what to do next. Overall, I was very unhappy with my experience and would not recommend seeing her.
