I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and I was astounded at how quickly Dr. Arnout set up subsequent appointments related to that.
I was in the office 1 hour and 20 min before the doctor came in - do not think he was in the office - totally against have this type of issue when I have an appointment to see the doctor

I am very happy and grateful with the professionalism provided to me during and post my breast cancers surgery almost five years ago provided by Dr. Casey, Dr. Velez and Dr. Arnaout and the professionals in the radiology department and their nurses.
I did not care for her snippy answers. Starting with calling my name incorrectly in the lobby. She was short + sassy with her responses. Very "non courtesy"! I explained to her a few things on my history chart & she gave me lip sassy responses. 馃え馃"
