Dr Davila never called me for my scheduled 8-9am appointment. I called the office to ask when he would call. PA called and asked questions pertaining to my new medication, etc she said Dr is with a patient will call me when finished. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM DR DAVILA OR COURTESY OFSOMEONE CALLING TO INFORM ME WHY OR SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT!

I've been having bladder challenges, post hysterectomy, and Dr. Davilla and Phoebe have been extremely understanding and accommodating. Fitting me in initially, taking the time to help me understand and provide proper care and when the symptoms started again, they once again fit me in and when I call Phoebe, the nurse, she is always warm and compassionate.
As I said in the previous paragraph Dr Davila is an excellent doctor and I am great full that Dr Dawson, my PCP, recommended him

Dr Davila was amazing. I had gone to two other providers and waited months for other doctors to leave me no answers. Dr Davila knew what it was immediately and gave me a plan of action. Dr Davila's bedside manner is top-tier, genuine medical care.
He was kind and compassionate and knew I was anxious about having surgery at my age, 80. He explained thoroughly what he thought should be done and put me at ease about having surgery.

I know most people don’t like seeing doctors, It was a pleasure to deal with Dr. Davila. Every detail was explained clearly and his support staff were caring and knowledgeable.
Everything was great. Unfortunately the doctor was a hour and fifty minutes late due to scheduling. Therefore I lost a significant amount of money at work. This issue needs to be addressed.

His manner and clinical handling of an uncomfortable situation put me at ease and gave me full confidence that I had come to the right place to deal with my problem.
The receptionist insisted that I needed to provide a physical copy of my insurance card when it was already uploaded in my chart. This is the only holy cross location that continues to insist on this. The patient after me and the same receptionist argued over this at length. If this is in fact your policy, its ridiculous! Either clarify WHY its needed or lose the policy.
