On my prior visit for the pulmonology testing, I did have a bad experience with the practitioner very poor bedside manner, a genuine lack of care and patience when I told Dr. Hernandez about this, he said that he was aware and would make mention of it

While Dr Hernandez is great and thorough and I highly recommend him his reception and check out staff, although professional, they all seem to be depressed or in a bad mood. They get the job done effectively but there鈥檚 very little personality at all like I experience at all other offices I visit at Holy Cross
