Dr. Troy listened and answered the many questions I had. One of the most important qualities in a Dr. is listening to the patient and she did.
I鈥檓 an RN & expected a more thorough exam and compassion. I might be on paper 76 yo but am still extremely active in sports.
Looking forward to the follow up visit in 3 months to check on my progress.

Dr. Troy is caring, professional, and has a wonderful personal touch. She gives thoughtful advice and explained my options. The services that I received were excellent and I felt properly informed about my health condition.
The only problem I had with my visit was that I had to wait too long in the waiting room. After I got into the patient room, I had to wait around 25 minutes more.

She was friendly, personable, took all the time necessary to gather all relevant medical facts, empathized, extremely knowledgeable, caring, courteous, extremely skilled, and treated her patient as a whole individual with feelings and fears, which she acknowledged, and navigated to the patient's best outcome.
Dr. Troy gave me the name of a doctor who performs the non-invasive procedure she thinks that I might be a candidate for.

I've always had a good experience with this provider. I must mention your question about hand-washing however. Dr. Troy always wears gloves when examining me so I never pay attention to handwashing before she wears gloves.
I was impressed with this practice. they took x-rays, and offered solutions to my pain management. I appreciate a medical practice that deals with rapid diagnosis and not a lot of constant referrals to other physicians and out of office tests.

I waited over a month for appointment and now have to wait another month and a half to be treated. Not happy. My back pain was not addressed and now I鈥檓 suffering and need to travel the end of the month.
