My mother is elderly and I am completing this survey on her behalf. They stopped cleaning her ears when she has wax build up because they claim they are short staffed. They gave an 83 year old woman a referral for an ENT in MIAMI who can鈥檛 see patients for months! When did they stop taking time to care for the elderly? I will be looking for a new physician who are specialized for geriatric patients.

My doctor, nurses, and staff are beyond reproach. The phone system however is ATROCIOUS and needs an overhaul. THe fact that I have to listen to a lengthy message once in English and then in Spanish in their entirety before it will recognize my choice of language to move on to another number as route me is a waste of my time and any one else calling. It really is antiquated and illogical.

I called the office with an issue of concern and was given an appointment readily. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. The nurse took my BP and was very helpful in providing answers that she was able to. The doctor addressed my issue and also provided the name of another doctor for services that I need. Overall it was a very good visit.

This was my first visit with Dr Dunhill. I found him, his nurse, the phlebotomist, and the entire staff in reception/ checkout to be extremely friendly, informative and efficient. I was called the very next day with my blood test results. I had another question that I had forgotten to ask Dr Dunhill, so I asked his nurse during the conversation of the blood results. She got back to me within an hour with an answer from Doctor Dunhill. The office has really left a great first impression with me.
