Dr. Gonzalez is an excellent orthopedic. He truly takes his time at every appointment and is incredibly thorough during his evaluation. I never feel rushed, and he always makes sure to explain everything so clearly to me so I understand my treatment options. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best outcome for them. I highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez for anyone who is looking for a compassionate orthopedic specialist.

The only issue we had is the apparent Plumbing problem in the building. It was extremely jarring while having an injection in my knees. The sound is so loud and startling. It is a serious problem that should be addressed.

Needed xrays on my knee. The radiologists could explain things a little bit better. I thought that if I was elderly, hard of hearing, nervous, that I would not understood what she was telling me to do. Should always assume the patient has never had an xray before and doesn't understand the process.

Very positive experience. The only thing I found odd was the fact only one area could be examined per visit. For example, both knee and elbow pain but only knee X-Rayed during this visit. That necessitated another appointment.

This facility is outstanding in general with Dr. Gonzalez leading in kindness and ultimate professionalism.
Dr. Gonzalez is a wonderful doctor. I have been having a lot of ongoing pain in my shoulder for about 3 years give or take. I first went to him last year and he did an X-ray and then prescribed PT for 8 weeks, 3 sessions. Did not help. I kept thinking it would get better but gave in and went back to him. This time he said an MRI was needed so he could see just what was happening deeper than what an Xray would show. My follow up yesterday with him was amazing. He reviewed each slide with us and explained everything to me. He encouraged me to try the cortisone injection. I was so fearful of having it done, but Dr. Gonzalez went over each step and told me he would take every percaution so it would not be painful. He sprayed a kind of ice on my arm so I would not feel the injection itself. He used ultrasound so the needle went directly into the Bursa (I think that is what it is called). Told me to take it a bit easy yesterday and by the following day I should be able to move my arm without pain. Well, today is day 2 and it is remarkable. After 3 years of suffering, today I can honestly say, no pain!!!! I will be ever grateful to this kind and wonderful doctor. If you have any ortho pains or concerns, please schedule with him. Marvelous doctor!!!!Thank you so much.
