Just that I have already given a friend from church a referral to contact Dr. Liu, as her primary is retiring and I told her she should try to set up an appt. She is 92 (I believe) and could benefit from what HC and Dr. Liu and staff can provide for her. However, I hope she is not scared off by all the online set up, as I don't know if she has access to these types of technology.

As I was cut short on a previous response, I had a bad reaction to their gel when I told them prior to the Ultrasound that it had to be one that does not cause a reaction to Polycythemia Vera. Well, the person doing the test did not listen and caused a huge problem for me.

I had to make a call back to the office to remind them I needed my routine Rx’s called in as I was not provided the Rx’s. I also was called about scheduling a colonoscopy & I clearly told them during my visit it was going to have to wait until the fall & I would choose my own gastroenterologist.
