Doctor listens of my concerns
The doctor's office is run in a very professional manner. Dr Manfredini is very caring and available to her patients.
The plastic shield at the check-in desk obstructed everything from seeing the person behind it, to speaking, to ability to sign in. Not patient centric or customer friendly.
You should have "excellent" as an option. "Very Good" doesnt seem appropriate enough.
