I was not seen by Dr. Nigen. I was seen by two girls; education level unknown. No medical competence was demostrated. I have a physical problem; no medical competence was demostrated. I need to see a professional physician and probably a specialist.

Did not ask any questions. Did not discuss me stopping cholesterol medication. Didn’t seem interested at all pleasant personality but did not feel like I was meeting with a doctor. Felt like a factory.
would like a feedback after blood work with advice on how to improve, or tell what it means as to abnormal readings, i.e., Red Blood Cells , Neotrophils Relative & Eosinophils Relative, etc..

The Nursing staff are as responsive as the Doctor and, take care in communication and treatment.

Finding a great clinic is a challenge. I was leery going to BIG HOLY CROSS but I am treated like I am one of their few patients. Dr. Nigen knows I prefer to control health with diet and he respects that and helps me plan and maintain great health the way I want and not with a bunch of pills!

Dr Nigen doesn’t really explain things like I need and he makes light of stuff. I feel very frustrated with him when I leave. He is in and out of the visit before I realize. I am not sure he is giving me the best care.
