The Sixth Annual Epicurean Escapade: A Food & Wine Experience will take guests on a culinary adventure through the cuisines of Thailand, France, the Floribbean region and the Southern United States on Saturday, April 21 at the Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA), 1855 Griffin Road in Dania Beach, all to benefit the Phil Smith ALS and Movement Disorders Clinic at the Phil Smith Neuroscience Institute at Holy Cross Hospital.

Its innovative technology enables the quantification of molecular processes in the body, may assist with earlier modification of patient treatment, and allows for lower radiation exposure.
Shonte Fraser-Damas, M.D., MBA, MHMS, comes to Holy Cross Hospital from the Rutgers-RWJ Medical School Family Medicine Residency Program at CentraState in Freehold, N.J., where she was a family medicine resident physician and chief resident during her third year of training. Dr. Fraser is a board certified family physician and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
