Holy Cross Health is moving to a new electronic record and billing system to better meet patients' needs.
Patients will be able to get their Holy Cross Health hospital records, doctor notes, and test results from any of our facilities or Holy Cross Medical Group providers all in the same portal—Trinity Health MyChart.
We are a member of Trinity Health, one of the nation’s largest Catholic health systems, and our new patient portal will be integrated with other member hospitals across the country. Eventually, Trinity Health patients will be able to see their records from any location, nationwide in their MyChart accounts.
With Trinity Health MyChart you can:
- View test results
- View bills and set up payment options
- Review discharge information and instructions from a recent hospital stay
- Schedule an appointment with your Holy Cross Medical Group physician
- Have an e-visit with a provider
