Maurice Woods received his MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and since 2021 has been the President & Chief Executive Officer for Easterseals South Florida. He is responsible for setting the vision, managing the organization's operations, establishing a secure funding model, and strengthening individual and corporate giving. In addition, he ensures that the organization's mission, programs/services, and partnerships align and continue to expand the organization's impact.

Mr. Woods, a Project Management Professional, is a passionate executive with over 25 years of cross-sector experience in delivering social and economic impact. He is highly skilled in strategic and operational alignment, organizational design, and business process improvement. 

Maurice builds strong teams focused on results and continuous improvement and has worked in the corporate and non-profit strategy divisions of highly recognized firms which include General Motors, Cadbury Schweppes, large urban K-12 school districts (including Broward County Public Schools), and others. A member of the Holy Cross Board Compliance Committee, he has served on the board of Trustbridge, an organization providing compassionate, professional health care for families facing any stage of life-limiting illness. Maurice also is a member of Vistage, the world's largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize business leaders. 

Mr. Woods serves on the Finance committee at Holy Cross Health.
