Mark Doyle, is President and Chief Executive Officer at Holy Cross Health, a 557-bed, Catholic non-profit hospital supplemented by outpatient facilities and over 40 medical practices located throughout Northern Broward and Palm Beach counties. Doyle is a trusted leader with a proven track record of spearheading financial turnarounds, growth initiatives and quality improvements with various institutions across the country which made him the ideal person to lead Holy Cross to the next level when he joined in the summer of 2020 at the height of the global pandemic.

For over 25 years, Doyle has remained a prominent fixture as a senior leader in the healthcare community. He began his leadership ascent in 1996 as Chief Financial Officer of Kindred Healthcare Hospitals – Arlington and Fort Worth. He went on to serve as Chief Financial Officer with Universal Health Services, Tenet Healthcare, Broward Health, as well as Ascension Health in Jacksonville.

In 2014, Doyle served as Chief Executive Officer of Memorial Hospital Pembroke, a 301-bed community-based hospital within the Memorial Healthcare System.  His thoughtful and innovative approach to challenging issues resulted in greater financial stability, improved employee engagement and increased access for marginalized communities. Doyle remained at the helm of the organization for five years until the summer of 2020 when he joined Holy Cross Health.

A finance minor, he earned his bachelor's degree in General Business from Ohio's Miami University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  As an active member of the South Florida community for 20+ years, Doyle is known for his passion, energy, visionary leadership, and innovative approach to providing quality healthcare to all surrounding communities.
