The MyHealth patient portal provides you, our valued patients, online access to your health information, whenever you need it.

If you have already registered for MyHealth and received your unique user ID and password, then log into MyHealth here.
Note: You must be 18 years of age or older to access MyHealth.

Need to Register?
Patients may register themselves if Holy Cross Hospital obtained an email or cell phone number during a prior patient visit. Patients can log into MyHealth above, then select “Click here for patient signup” and follow the steps on the page. You will continue to receive courtesy emails from CHE-Trinity Health encouraging you to enroll, but you will create your username.
In order to register in person and obtain your unique user ID and password, you must present a government issued identification and provide your email address to us. This may be done at the Release of Information Office/Medical Records, outpatient registration desk or the information desk next to the visitors’ elevators.
Individuals in need of technical or enrollment assistance may email MyHealth@che.org. This email address serves as the clearinghouse for all enrollment and technical issues.
Getting Started with MyHealth
You should receive an email from MyHealth@che.org with the subject “Enroll in the MyHealth Patient Portal” within two business days after you register at the hospital. It will contain instructions to enroll in MyHealth. If you do not receive an email within two business days, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, please send an email to MyHealth@che.org with your name and email address.
