Online visits with Holy Cross Health are a safe, secure (HIPAA compliant) way for you to connect with a provider anytime from anywhere. Your visit takes place using your phone, desktop computer, laptop or tablet. 

1. Complete an online health interview: 5-15 minutes

• Answer a series of questions about how you are feeling and the symptoms you are experiencing—just as you would during an in-office visit.
• Your answers will be submitted to a provider for review.

2. Provider reviews your concerns: usually within one hour

• A provider from Holy Cross will review your responses and create your treatment plan, which may include a prescription, if necessary.
• You'll be notified when your results are available, usually within one hour during office hours or first thing the next morning if you complete the online health interview after hours.

3. Provider sends a prescription: right to your pharmacy

• If a prescription is part of your treatment plan, your provider will send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.
