Checkout rep Saint-would benefit from customer service retraining. Made me wait 5 minutes (yes I clocked it) with no one at any cubicle including his. He then had to turn away for 4 personal sidebar conversations with other staff. I think that was rude. There was no one else waiting to check out. I made a simple appointment. I can’t give this a good rating.
