The only reason that I did not give top ratings was that the female receptionist I felt was rude. Otherwise, the experience was lovely.

I have been seeing Dr. Fate for over a decade and honestly just talking to him half the problems go away :). He is a doctor who completely listens to his patients and gives 100% personal attention to details and his nature to patiently listen and discuss all my issues and diagnosis and not rush through any of the appointments just puts him way ahead of the curve from other doctors I have seen in my life. The office staff is always nice and is very cleanly maintained and never had to wait on any appointment for longer than 10 mins. MCMG NA is rocking it and please continue to do so.

The PA was very respectful and even offered some ideas and options. The doctor seemed irritated and although she sugguested redoing the tests that have already been done, she said it in a way that showed how pointless she felt it would be. Rather than do more tests, she assumed it must be caused by stress and said I should get a therapist. I have one already and I am not THAT stressed and she even says i cope very well. I did not expect patient gaslighting
We were delighted that she took the time to communicate with 2 other doctors of Don's about related conditions while we were there and received quick responses.
