I spoke to him about the X-ray technician, and I don’t know if that resonated - Shenea was cold impersonal never told me her name and acted as though she was just there for paycheck with little feeling or compassion.

I understand that scheduling patients for office visits do not always result in short wait times as they assume a certain time window allocated per patient that may not turn out to be realistic. Therefore, I was surprised that my last visit resulted in minimal wait time and swift service. I assume someone may have canceled their appointment at the last minute or patients just required less time for examinations and treatment on that particular day.

I was impressed with the interactions I had with all of the staff and Dr who was extremely supportive of my concerns.

The first visit the doctor provided excellent education and a thorough manner. On this visit, he seemed to forget about my related, pertinent condition. I don't feel he has understood my current concern, and am not sure he is aware of same.
